So a couple things can make or break a fishing trip. The first, obviously is the fishing. If you fish at all, you know this can be hit or miss. The second is the company you keep on the boat.

My dad lives in Spring Hill and is 84. I live in Nebraska and was able to sneak down to see him over a quick weekend in July with my oldest son. Pretty much an impromptu 3 generation fishing trip for the first time in several years.

After a little googling, we found Epictails Charter. We hit the jackpot. The fishing was good, the company was great. We caught a few sharks (cool for a couple guys from Nebraska), redfish, snook, and a Jack(?).

Chris went out of his way to hit some different spots and we had an absolute blast. Prior to getting to Florida, he kept me up to date on the weather and provided easy access for any questions I had. He is very accommodating. His boat was pristine and gear worked flawlessly. Once Chris decides to do this full-time, I have no doubt you will be seeing him on your favorite fishing channel.

Great Captain, better guy. We will be doing this again and you should too.

Chris, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing trip. Not only did we get to catch some pretty cool fish, but I finally got to see some dolphins so close it was AMAZING!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Chris. We took a sightseeing trip to explore the Tarpon Springs sponge docks and the Tarpon Springs area. Chris was very kind and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back to Florida.

We went out on a trip and had a great day. We caught fish, saw dolphins and a bunch of manatees. Captain put us on fish and we had a wonderful trip. A couple of snook were among the catch. There was also a couple of tarpon, but they weren't biting. The Captain also gave us the name of a great hotel, "The Inn on the Gulf". The location was great, as was the food in their restaurant. I highly recommend Epic Tails Charters.

If you are looking for an awesome family fun time you need to set a appointment like now they are awesome. Very knowledgeable on tips and tricks to get the big fish very friendly and fun to hang out on the boat with fair pricing give them a call.

Highly recommend Epic Tails. My son and I went out with Capt. Chris and had a blast. He is good guy and relentless guide who cared about us catching fish. Gave us plenty of time on the water, we will definitely return.

Captain Chris Miller with Epic Tails Charters was absolutely amazing! My husband and I have been out with him a few times now, and he really knows how to get ya on some fish!!!! I want to give a shout-out to Epic Tails Charters. My dad and I went out with them recently and had a great time. The Captain was very personable and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable, caught fish, and even taught my dad how to fly fish. They were very knowledgeable about the area and fishing regulations. We saw dolphins, manatees and a lot of other wildlife. I plan on booking another fishing trip with them in a few months. They are very pro-public safety and give discounts to law enforcement and firefighters. I highly recommend you give them a try.
