SCALLOPING
ADVENTURES
If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly adventure, scalloping in Florida is a must! Explore the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico while hunting for bay scallops. Pasco County’s seagrass beds offer some of the best scalloping, and the clear, shallow waters are perfect for snorkeling and harvesting fresh bay scallops. Whether you’re an experienced or a first-time scalloper, Captain Chris will guide you and share some tips to help you have a successful and unforgettable experience. Scalloping is like easter egg hunting in the water. You will wear a mask and snorkel and swim around looking for the scallops hiding in the seagrass bed. (3-8 feet depth) Once you find them, dive down and scoop them up by hand or using a small dip net. Your trip includes a mask, fins, and a snorkel to use. Cancellations
Cancellation is required three days before your charter. Cancellations within three days of your scheduled date will forfeit your deposit. By making your reservation, we have likely turned down other clients for the day. We understand unforeseen situations may arise beyond anyone’s control and affect travel plans. However, if the Captain cancels your trip for weather or any other reason, you will receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Unfortunately, we are all subject to the whims of Mother Nature. If your scheduled charter is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule.
