Inshore Fishing Trips
Our inshore fishing charter experience is great for all levels of fishing, The nest inshore fishing trips are done in less than 5 feet of water along the grassy flats and mangrove shoreline. This trip is great for those worried about getting seasick or having small children. We will bait your hook and even cast your rod if needed. No fishing experience is required. Come chase Redfish, Snook, Flounder, Seatrout, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, and small sharks, while using live bait, cut bait, and artificial. Enjoy our beautiful coastal scenery and islands, which are only accessible by boat.

Nearshore fishing trips
Experience the thrill of a nearshore fishing trip with Epic Tails while staying relatively close to shore and within sight of land. You’ll have the chance to catch a variety of species including Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, Hogfish, Spanish Mackerel, Sea Bass, small shark, Grunt, Mangrove Snapper, Cobia, Seatrout, Barracuda, and more, using live bait, cut bait, and artificial lures. Join us for an unforgettable fishing adventure just off the coast! Our nearshore trips are not deep-sea fishing trips. However, if it becomes too rough we are only a few minutes away from some of the best flats and inshore fishing, so there are always good alternatives.

Island Hopping

Let Captain Chris take you out to explore the local islands around the Gulf beaches of Clearwater, Dunedin, Hudson, and Tarpon Springs for an epic day! Islands include Anclote Island, Three Rooker Island, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, and Durney Key. With this in mind, experience our pristine white sand beaches while island hopping, go shelling, see manatees, dolphins, and other marine wildlife, or just lay on the beach or walk along the shoreline. All trips are relatively close to shore, and our boat can accommodate up to 6-7 people while providing comfortable seating.

Don’t miss the chance to capture the breathtaking wildlife and marine life with your camera – dolphins, manatees, bird species, stingrays, and sharks could all make an appearance. From proposals to beachcombing, and dolphin sightings to relaxation, our charters promise an extraordinary day. Don’t forget your camera! Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
Epic Tails Charters requires a $100 booking deposit at the time of booking confirmation.
Cancellations are required outside of three days before your charter. Cancellations within three days from your scheduled date will forfeit your deposit. By making your reservation we have likely turned down other clients for the day. We understand unforeseen situations may arise beyond anyone’s control and affect travel plans. However, If the Captain cancels your trip due to weather or any other reason, you will receive a full refund, credit, or the option to reschedule. Unfortunately, we are all subject to the whims of Mother Nature. If your scheduled charter is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule.
